A new NES ROM hack brings Metal Force into the world of Mega Man Zero, thanks to a creative reimagining by hacker Xander Max, with additional contributions from Velpachallenger, Al Vino02, and Drax01.
Originally released as an unlicensed Korean NES game, Metal Force has long flown under the radar. This hack breathes new life into it by transforming it into a Mega Man-style experience starring Zero.
About the Hack
This conversion doesn’t just swap sprites, it carefully reshapes Metal Force into something that more closely resembles a classic Mega Man experience, complete with Zero as the playable character.
