αSNES mainboard prototype is being worked on by YveltalGriffin (@YveltalGriffin X). Pictures of the PCB have been shared over on X as well as a mock up of a planned Super Nintendo handheld console. This is not FPGA based and requires a donor SNES. So this will appeal to some of you and not to others. Oh yeah and it does not take US carts, as we all know the Super Famicom ones always looked better.

We at Metal Game Solid are big fans of the SNES and handheld gaming, so are very much looking forward to this project coming to life.
