The clip showcases a modern reimagining of the cult PlayStation 1 classic Pepsiman, complete with fast-paced running, environmental obstacles, and over-the-top product placement. It quickly caught the attention of retro gaming fans, reigniting interest in one of the strangest mascots in gaming history.
Pepsiman is a highly underrated PS1 title, crazy fun to play, full of chaotic energy, and absolutely deserving of a comeback. Whether Pepsi is serious or not remains to be seen but Yahya’s video got me excited.
