OutRun Core Returns to Analogue Pocket This JTFriday

Analogue Pocket Arcade

Great news for Analogue Pocket owners, the OutRun core is finally making its return this #JTFriday. Developer Jotego announced that he’s fixed a long-standing issue that caused the core to randomly fail on some devices, making the experience unreliable for a portion of users.

With this fix in place, Pocket owners can look forward to enjoying Sega’s iconic arcade racer with the smooth and accurate performance that FPGA cores are known for. As with his other weekly releases, the update will drop as part of Jotego’s regular Friday schedule, which continues to bring new features, bug fixes, and optimizations across his growing library of arcade cores.

This means it’s time to get ready for those high-speed coastal runs, all from the palm of your hand on the Analogue Pocket.
