After three years of development, indie creator UsagiRu has released Kunio no Nekketsu School Fighters, a River City Girls fan game for the Sega Mega Drive / Genesis. The project brings the Kunio-kun beat ‘em up spirit to Sega’s 16-bit console, complete with colorful sprites, fast-paced combat, and a full roster of characters inspired by the series.
