A new Super Mario World hack called Crash Bandicoot and the Retro Dimension has been released, blending elements of the Crash Bandicoot series with Nintendo’s 16-bit platformer. The hack includes 86 levels with 102 exits, as well as 94 gems and 86 relics to collect.
Gameplay has been adjusted to better resemble a Crash title, featuring mechanics like the spin attack, along with custom graphics and music from the franchise. Built with extensive ASM coding, the hack offers more than just a reskin and is designed to feel like a complete game in its own right.
