FUR Squadron Phoenix looks like a direct sequel to one of the Star Fox games — in fact, to me, it feels like a great follow-up to the Nintendo 64 version. It’s not a Star Fox game, but it’s clearly heavily influenced by it. Watching the trailer makes me want to do a barrel roll! You can try the demo right now on the game’s Steam page.

A release date has not yet been confirmed, but the page does state “coming soon”, so we can hope to be playing the full game in the near future. It is planned for the PC and the Nintendo Switch 1/2.
