A new indie title called Vampire’s Veil from Fairy Cave Studio blends classic Metroidvania exploration with a dark fantasy atmosphere. Players take on the role of Selene, a vampire seeking to rescue her family from a group of hunters.
The game features detailed pixel art, fast-paced combat, and interconnected areas filled with hidden paths and secrets. A free demo is already available on Steam, letting players explore its shadowy world and experience its smooth platforming firsthand.
Recent updates have added combat tweaks, bug fixes, and even a native Linux version. A full release date hasn’t been announced yet, but Vampire’s Veil is shaping up to be one to watch for fans of 2D exploration games.
