Zaparoo developer Wizzo has teased what appears to be a graphical front end for the MiSTer FPGA, and the preview already shows more than just a technical proof of concept. Alongside mentions of native 1080p output and optimisations for CRT’s, the teaser also clearly displays game artwork, hinting at a visually driven interface rather than the familiar text based MiSTer menus.
No official details or release plans have been shared yet. From this early teaser, it’s clear this could become an important next step for both Zaparoo and MiSTer.
