Game Boy Developer Shane McCafferty has revealed what he has been working on over the past few months, Roguecraft DX is officially coming to Amiga, Game Boy Color, and MEGA65.
The announcement was shared alongside Thalamus Digital, confirming that the award-winning Evercade title is expanding to classic and modern-retro platforms. Known for its tight dungeon-crawling gameplay and distinct pixel-art style, Roguecraft DX has already built a strong reputation, making these new versions a notable addition for fans of retro hardware.
Early footage shows the game running smoothly across platforms, maintaining its visual identity and gameplay feel while adapting to very different systems. For the Game Boy Color in particular, the port highlights how modern indie designs can still translate effectively to classic handheld limitations.
