A new puzzle game for the Game Boy Color, D*Fuzed, has been released by Incube8 Games. Developed in collaboration with Asobitech, who is also currently working on Terminator 2D: No Fate with Bitmap Bureau, the game puts players in control of Deef, a robot tasked with defusing bombs and navigating through turn-based puzzle stages.
The game features 24 levels across six areas, each introducing new hazards such as pits, lasers, and cannons. A separate survival mode called “The Danger Room” is also included, allowing players to test their skills in a high-score challenge.
DFuzed* also supports the original Game Boy hardware. It also includes voice-acted cutscenes and Game Boy Printer functionality.

We’ve tested the game on the Analogue Pocket, and it runs smoothly. The gameplay offers a fun and strategic challenge, with a presentation that feels polished and thoughtful.

The game is available in three versions: a digital edition, a standard physical release, and a limited collector’s edition. A free demo is also available for those who want to try it before purchasing.
