Poll: What Was Your Favorite 16-Bit System Growing Up?

Polls

The 16-bit era was nothing short of legendary. From iconic platformers to unforgettable RPGs, this generation gave us games that are still talked about — and replayed — decades later.

Today, we’re launching a community poll to find out which 16-bit system holds the most nostalgic value for our readers. Whether you spent countless hours exploring Hyrule on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES), blazing through Green Hill Zone on the Sega Mega Drive / Genesis, enjoying arcade-perfect experiences on the Neo Geo AES / MVS, or diving into hidden gems on the TurboGrafx-16 / PC Engine, this is your chance to cast your vote.

The poll is live now — make your choice and let us know in the comments what made that system your favorite.

  1. For me it was the Super Famicom (Super Nintendo) It’s my favorite system of all time together with the PS1.
The SNES is the system i’ve played the most. And I was always a Nintendo kid growing up. But as of lately I’ve began to appreciate the Sega Mega Drive and found my self playing games I missed out on as a kid.
