Nintendo has announced that Virtual Boy titles will join Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack starting February 17, 2026. Fourteen games from the short-lived 1995 system will be added over time, including classics like Mario’s Tennis and 3D Tetris.
To recreate the original experience, Nintendo is also releasing a special headset-style accessory for Switch and Switch 2, along with a lower-cost cardboard option similar to Labo VR. This marks the first official revival of the Virtual Boy library, giving players a new way to experience Nintendo’s most experimental console.
