The long-awaited Vectrex Mini has officially launched on Kickstarter, and it wasted no time making history. According to the team behind the project, the campaign reached its funding goal in less than 15 minutes, a clear sign that fans are eager for the return of the classic vector-based console.
By the time of writing this article, the campaign has already reached five times its original goal, proving just how much excitement there is for this modern revival.
The creators thanked their supporters, calling this the start of a true vector comeback. Backers can still join the campaign throughout November via Kickstarter, with various reward tiers available for early supporters.
It’s safe to say, the Vectrex is back, and it’s glowing brighter than ever.
