The Zaparoo App has been updated to v1.9.1 on both iOS and Android, lining up perfectly with Core v2.7.0. This release focuses on smoother navigation, better tagging, and a more polished overall feel.
The biggest change is the fully upgraded search system. Infinite scrolling, proper tag filtering, cleaner titles, and recent search history make browsing large libraries far easier. Title IDs and tags introduced in Core v2.7.0 now sync perfectly across devices.
New tools include an onboarding tour for first-time users, a built-in log viewer for quick troubleshooting, and full playtime limit controls. There’s also a fun shake-to-launch feature on supported devices, allowing you to trigger random games or custom ZapScripts with a quick shake.
The update adds plenty of UX improvements too, such as haptics, skeleton loaders, clearer connection indicators, NFC scan cancellation, and better accessibility throughout the app.
A minor Core update with an improved Web UI is expected soon.
