Mario Kart: Double Dash!! RTGP (Retro Track Grand Prix) is an ambitious fan-made mod that injects classic Mario Kart tracks into the iconic GameCube title. It aims to revive circuits from games like Super Mario Kart (SNES), Mario Kart 64 (N64), and Mario Kart: Super Circuit (GBA), all while retaining the unique two-rider mechanic that defines Double Dash.
As a huge fan of Double Dash, I’ve always felt it’s the most unique and creative entry in the entire Mario Kart series. No other game captured the same team-based chaos and strategy and it’s great to see this classic get some love through fan projects like RTGP.
