Retro Fighters has announced the Brawler64 Pro Series, a new wireless controller designed for the Nintendo 64. Building on their earlier Brawler64 models, this Pro Series version features updated ergonomics, grip buttons, and refined button placement while maintaining compatibility with original N64 hardware.
The project is currently live on Kickstarter, where backers can secure the controller ahead of release. As a fan of the Brawler64 NSO Edition, I’m especially curious about the Pro Series, which looks to take things further with added grip buttons, a new button layout, and features aimed specifically at N64 hardware or FPGA via SNAC.
